Your credit card will be charged when your order is shipped. There is no automatic cancellation on this webstore; once your order is placed, your credit card will be charged, unless you notify us at sales@richardbiffle.com. If you are unhappy with your order, return it to the address below. No refunds will be given until the product is safely returned in original condition. In regards to declined credit cards, we will attempt to get an approval 2 times. If unsuccessful, we will contact you via e-mail. If we don't get a response, your order will not be processed and will be automatically cancelled.
We cannot guarantee that we can fill all orders on limited edition products, due to their limited quantities. If we can't fill your order, we'll notify you by email.
You can select to send a check or money order for payment. Simply complete the order process online selecting "send check" as the payment method. Please print out your order, enclose it with a check and send to:

The disadvantage to paying by check for limited edition art is that we may be sold out before having received your check. In which case we'll notify you & return the check immediately.
Personal checks take 5-7 business days to clear our account. After that time frame, your order will be shipped, & we'll send an email notice. Orders paid for by money order can be shipped out immediately.
